A retirement plan is a great benefit, and one that can keep your company competing for the best employees. As our partner, we can assist you with plan design, compliance, and risk management.
At Servant HR, we offer our own 401k plan and, as fiduciary, can enable employers to adopt our plan. If you choose, Servant HR will be the point of contact for your employees. It’s our job to know when employees are eligible and help them to enroll when necessary. Once your employees are in the plan, we take care of both the employee and employer contributions on a per payroll basis. We are also the point of contact should an employee have a question about the plan.
Setting up a Servant HR retirement plan is not a requirement for your PEO relationship. If you have a relationship with another financial planning entity, we are glad to facilitate the funding of employee and employer contributions.
