Though he doesn’t have an official bio or set of skills, our little logo man has a real place in the Servant HR story. We call that gold-colored person with the blue arms underneath the “Servant Guy.” His role is threefold in describing who we are and how we work at Servant HR:

People.

We serve people! Our purpose for existing as an organization is to serve others. Specifically, we serve businesses and their staff with comprehensive services and ongoing expertise related to human resources.

Servants.

In the background (the blue arms) you will find us, always supporting our clients and employees (the gold man) out front doing “battle” in the marketplace. We derive this example from the biblical characters of Aaron and Hur who were used by God to provide support and encouragement for the great leader Moses during battle (Exodus 17:12).

God.

The “Servant Guy” also represents the cross in the bible. Jesus Christ was the greatest servant to ever walk on this earth (John 3:16). His message was conveyed in both word and action. We could think of no better example than the Son of God!
